From 2007 till now PTCL acquired over 300,000 broadband customers and provides service over 200 cities across the country.
PTCL is managing its broadband service very effectively and efficiently. It provides improved customer service and complaint management. It also provides value added services such as free dial-up, personalized email account and free access to online peer to peer gaming, movies, music, educational and religious content, which have proven to be a mechanism in expanding PTCL broadband services all across the country and arising a new broadband culture and awareness in Pakistan.
PTCL is further planning to expand its services to more cities.
