Samir Karnik’s one more emotional and heart touching movie WADDA RAHA.
VAADA RAHA is about the bond between two patients – a grown up man and a kid. An interesting thought, but it isn’t proved in respect of good lines.
What does stand up in VAADA RAHA is Bobby Deol’s amazing performance. This is going to be proved his most admirable work to date and hope to get him the limit he wants
A sudden turn in his life changed the things before. He got paralysed to neck down. Nalini leaves him and he becomes so dishearted that he losses hope and wish to had died rather living in such worse condition. After then a little kid came into his life and tried to boost up his morale. In the beginning Booby tried to ignore him but slowly and gradually he get his space in his heart and the bond becomes stronger nad stronger. With that little boy courage BOOBY tried to walk with the crutches.
Anyhow when BOOBY is back on his toes, then kanga again visits him in the hospital very often which is hard to belive and more interesting thing that BOOBY showed interest again and proposed her rather dumped her because he back off when he needs her in hour of need.
Despite the faulty script, Samir Karnik’s handling of a few sequences is commendable. Binod Pradhan’s cinematography is tip top. Music is a bo boo.
VAADA RAHA belongs to Bobby Deol. He’s excellent. Kangna Ranaut is ok. Dwij does very well. Mohnish Bahl is not bad. Prateeksha Lonkar acts well.
Conclusion: WAADA RAHA is emotional faulty scrip movie. Besides, the lack in pre-launch promotion get movie unnoticed.
